You could use the four channel splitter in the effects loop at the very beginning.
Send mono/ return stereo.
Then you could have it travel down four different paths, selectable with a latching foot switch .
The bitch is,,you would have to feed back into a mixer, and have the mixer feed into the stereo return .
So theoretically you could have your signal travel down four different paths, start mono every time, return stereo.
Any keyboard stuff anything like that would have to be fed in through the MX-5.

Instead of one mega gigantic pedal board, four small boards to be treated with a modular mentality.
You would get a lot more flexibility, and individual sounds.
Because option overload is very real.
And some of these pedals need college courses to operate.
And think through.
