We wave a magic wand, and we temporarily remove every living person from all holy sites.

We divide the entire region, one side up top, one in the South. no hostility towards each other, no involvement or conflict.

Meanwhile, we keep all holy sites as safe zones, we check every person going in, the tech exists.
