They all need a good bath, a chance to feel like normal people.

My mom has a story about a bum that hung around the ER in Madison, Wisconsin .
He would come around when it was cold.
She was straight out of nursing school and this nasty guy kept faking medical freakouts to get into the hospital.
Because it was warm.
Late one night, she went out to smoke, and he was on the sidewalk, having legit seizures.
She called for help and began to administer CPR.
Mouth to mouth.
She says that after a few moments, he shook,,, and vomited directly into her mouth.
Which made her throw up…
