Soooo, the institution of the church.
1. Is not a state.
2. Isn’t taxed.
3. Has no military.

Really good points to be made.
But it’s existence implies…
Only one of two things can be true..
The word of God is infallible, and whatever mojo is happening out , the real version is in the church. Those stories are true, and the voodoo you seek is in the building,,,
Freedom of religion.
I’d say “fair enough”.
Do what you do, don’t bother anybody, try for the betterment of others.
I’m still going to make fun of them.
And it’s only because I know them.
I have many hours, witnessing the song and dance, and I am going to express my opinion.
I’ll try not to be hateful about it.
But like, experience.
Just spending enough time around church types,, yea man.
I can speak from a place of knowing.
Also, I can say whatever I want because I’m alive and free, it can and will be wrong.
The church is a joke.
The arrogance of the congregation is unlike any other I’ve known.

Lot of miles behind that opinion though, regional stereotypes and the like.
Bunch of hours sitting in the sanctuary. Bunch of hours running sound, bunch of hours watching washed up never was’s take the stage and feel like they matter , for at least one damned second.
They get in front of a camera, they get in front of a microphone,,,
Then they tell you how it is…

If an institution wants my respect, as a citizen, as an individual..
They have to earn it too.
We weigh good/bad, and that’s the conclusion I’ve come to, in this particular area.
That is how I feel.
I guess I should feel bad about it but whatever, I’m free to have it.
