The real satisfaction probably comes from helping other people.
And having stability.
Envy stability, envy discipline ,
Flipping compulsion around and having an opponent. Getting sucked into the satisfaction of doing good and being good.
Trying to be decent, trying to have compassion, trying to be outward rather than inward. Acts of kindness and squishy stuff.
