One time I bought a bunch of that flash paper magicians use, you know, where you set the piece of paper on fire and it instantly flashes out of existence.

I rolled tobacco cigarettes with them and brought them to co-workers on a construction site, when they would put it to their mouth and light it thinking it was a joint, the whole thing flashed burned their lips and covered them in tobacco.

Juvenile prank, very easy to pull off
