The office staff sells jobs, the man in charge green-lights any scenario with a dollar attached to it,,, what you end up with,eventually, is unsustainable expansion.

Even at solid pay, the skill isn’t in the talent pool. You just can’t get solid hires. New kids don’t have the work ethic or patience, old timers have realized that it’s a game, and only seek to exploit that game.

I done seent it.

SO all of the clients hate you, because you’re not there for them. You simply don’t have the manpower to cover your business, understaffed, over-worked, operating on a wing and a prayer.

I’ve seen this exact scenario play out,,,,poor management,, pencil-pushers with an agenda, fucking up your day-to-day,,,,

It’s a great argument for not caring about anything. Seems like it to me. Of course I’d rather get stoned and play guitar, do Autistic calisthenics , fuck around with other losers out there…nothing satisfies ,,, but you do it anyway. …petty shit…

I do not know how the rest of the world stays sober, I simply do not.
