I think enlightenment might be when you reach the point of

“I don’t care…I don’t care if no one sees”

You have nothing to prove.

No name to prop up before you die.No legacy or monument..

I think that might be absolute freedom.

Then you might have a shot at learning yourself and pursuing happiness..

Working and being crazy are at odds with each other.

So in order to survive, you must learn to hide.

Must learn to bite your tongue.

Love is a failure if you’re fake.

If you’re unable to be “open”.

Art is merely bullshitting.

Musical, literary, visually.

A construction of improv.

Choosing which thoughts to execute, which impulses to run with..

I don’t think you should love yourself as much as these Americans and shrinks tell you to.

You probably should respect yourself, but that’s different from smelling your own farts.

Plastering your fucking face as many places as you can , desperately seeking validation..

Desperately…

A common thread you’ll notice if you’re paying attention.

A weakness.

Fetters for the fucking fools.

You are the golden calf .

The god you kneel before is merely a mirror 🪞

And you’ve experienced zero self destruction..

So….

You have little to say.

To the ants, to the gutter creatures and cockroaches..

To that group that so greatly outnumbers you and yours..

I think I can, as the 30 days progress. As one chemical begins to take over another.

If someone told this Bukowski guy, if they told him that nobody gives a fuck what he had to say….

I really think he would have kept going.

I honestly do.

Because there is something larger at play.

And I think that is an important lesson.
