Things get really weird if you have an employee that doesn’t give a fuck about the money. I bet that’s an odd situation to deal with. The only satisfaction comes from the accomplishment, the completion of the hunt, the annihilation of the task.
It’s a weird “North” for a person to follow, I get that, but it also works for the hard headed types.

Not at that, I’ll fail at the other things every single day,but not that one. You visualize the task an an adversary, a villain, an opponent to take down. Then your job becomes combat and you get to pretend you’re a warrior out there , I don’t care if you’re dropping fries into deep fryers..
You still fight.
That shit has nothing to do with money.
