Like, a construction business is very wise to hire pot heads, but not drug test.
The reason is, a construction site is a dangerous place and there is a real life possibility for injury or death. If you know your worker is a pothead, you also know that upon injury he will be instantly drug tested. Absolving your company from all liability. And pot stays in you for 30 days which is so unfair.
