In the 60’s, this guy was the OG mass-shooter.14 dead by sniper rifle, perched up in an observation deck. Steady hand ,fuck that guy and what he did,but you gotta give credit.. helluva shot.
That’s not the interesting part of the story. The detail that struck me, was the fact that he knew he was fucked up. He left behind a note, requesting a brain dissection,after death, so that maybe the group could learn from his tragic scenario. A little mustard seed of human goodness and honor.
He was right.
They found a malignant brain tumor pressing against his amygdala, roughly the size of a golf ball.
There was a person walking around at 25, knowing he was fucked up, knowing some shit was wrong with his computer.
That was 1966 , 57 years ago, crazy people still do crazy shit. I want all the brain scans lined up,side by side. No more head shots when taking out an indifferent murderer.
