I actually bought that book, because I’m a curious fuck, I read through it twice.
It’s the story of a man with a Savant’s gift, but only with one sense. Smell. He wanted to capture people’s scent and just keep them for himself.
This mother fucker hated mankind. He could smell campfires from miles away, he did everything he could to remove himself from the group.
Interesting fiction.
