Regardless to what you might think, I’m not rooting for the bad guy.
I like when they catch him.
When I listen to a story, and I take in sordid psychology and heinous actions and choices..
I’m waiting for the moment when they get that mother fucker.
I’m waiting for when good beats evil.
But there is one story,
( a few stories)
Israel Keyes.
There’s one podcast that had all these FBI audio tapes, and man…
That one.
That one was something else.
What I’d call “not of this Earth”.
Not like the other ones, this level of detachment when he’d describe his real life actions…
It makes you want to reach through the headphones and kill him.
No.
Torture.
It makes you want to get him and destroy him, slowly, make him hurt, body and mind.
He’s not well known because of his plea deal, and he’s dead now,,but I swear to Christ…
Other people pretend to be what this guy actually is.
And behold, it is placed in front of your eyes and you can truly observe what evil is.
What it looks like, what it talks like, what makes it laugh,,,
Terrifying.
And part of what made him so fucking terrifying , is how smart he was.
How he went about doing what he did.
His method.
Made my skin crawl, thinking about the fact that those people are out there, the fact that there’s so much unknown in every person that you meet.
Fah-KING Horrifying.
It’s not about thinking that any of it is “cool”..
It’s the fact that they’re out there.
They are.
Sharing the same world as you and your family, and your parents and your friends.
You share the road with this.
And it should scare you, you shouldn’t forget what’s out there…
also…
(You ain’t so bad)
I’m really not.
And I’m actually grateful to my childhood version of god, or whatever little tiny wire is crossed, whatever separates us from the monsters…
Shit man.
Be grateful.
I like to log what I feel, when I feel, and it helps to remind yourself that you do feel.
And heart is real..
Beyond that?
I hope they catch the bad guys.
I always hope good wins, way deep down I do.
So blah.
Take everything else and stick it up your ass, because opinion doesn’t even matter.
