I’ve tried a new trick over the last couple of days. When I start spiraling, I think about the cat.
And how good it felt to be able to get the cat taken care of.
So like for one brief evening, the day job felt like it was worth it.
It’s not about self, or gain, or guitar pedals or other material stuff,
It was just about the ability to take care of a situation.
If I continue to think back to that, maybe I can keep an attitude of gratitude.
