There’s a four digit PIN code defaulted into all alarm control panels. That code is straight down the keypad. 25 80.
That is called the duress code, meaning if an armed intruder breaks into your house and holds you at gunpoint, you can type in the code 2580 and it will silence your alarm, but at the same time it will send a duress signal silently, notifying your monitoring station, AKA sending the cops.
So remember guys, when you’re out there doing your home invasion thing, like we all like to do, don’t let the victim press 2580.
