I still like NPR.
I like their choice of programming, not so much opinion.
Because it’s punk rock, they’re playing the content that they want to play. On Sunday nights there’s a show called echoes that is hours of people that you’ve never heard of playing really interesting music.
This election, I hope people don’t fight like they did the last two times.
Because you’re forced to hear about it.
I can turn off the joke that is cable news, I cannot turn off neighbors, co-workers, family members.
And nothing changes by digging into the nitty gritty.
Just makes people more angry. I can’t think of one person that has changed their stance over the last 8 years.
Orchestrated outrage.
Which again, is just opinion.
I still like NPR, I still like PBS, I will still turn it off if they get two up their own ass.
And that goes pretty much across the board.
But all in all, I’m a pretty loyal cat.
Funny coincidence, in my region there are two stations broadcasting NPR, depending on your geographic location.
One of the call signs is WFAE,
And the other?
WFAG.
No bullshit.
“we fag”
It’s always been that way, long as I can remember, just an unfortunate coincidence.
Kind of funny though, In a very infantile way
