Listening to this audio version of storytelling. Multiple voice actors, background sound effects music, honestly it’s a big distraction. But hey, once again what do I know?
I think the sound effects guy has an interesting line of work. The sounds of bulles being loaded into a gun, or footsteps in an alley, s*** like that.
What do they call that in movie making??
Is that a Foley?
In medical, a foley is a catheter that goes in your dick hole.
Which is a very different thing..
Honestly it’s kind of a wack form of storytelling.
I prefer one or two human voices with imagination, f*** the sound effects and f*** voice actors, f*** the background music.
I can paint better in my head than you can in a recording studio.
With studio equipment.
I don’t think you need all that extra stuff, personally…
Do you realize that we convinced humans to wear seatbelts , just by implementing the technique of irritation?
