The most amazing tech innovations ,in my little world, have been with music.I’ll try not to get bogged down with jargon but, processing,sequencing,synthesis.. leaps and bounds every few years. Amazing shit, the common person can have a galaxy of production to play with.
I have this one toy, and it has 16 programable pads. You can map chords to each pad,and tap your way to creation.
Someday,,, you will be able to ‘think’ music. You’ll be able to organize it in your own head,then see it brought to life by digital execution…Do you know how insane that is? Everyone could have their creations, even non-musical types, pure imagination at work.
What if, everything and everyone became so fake,that you were judged by the music you thought up? what if it became the only way to tell who was real and who was a bot?
