naughty jokes

I think what causes a super racist (or sexist ) joke to be remembered isn’t the belief in the point, it’s the cleverness of the mechanism.

So small , usually around three beats,

Nothing cool or redeemable about the point, let’s be clear, I realize it’s white-washing. But the thing is so small, so short,so purposefully constructed to inflame.. in less than a paragraph.

a priest and a rabbi were walking down the street and they see an 8 year old little boy. The priest says to the rabbi

“hey, let’s go fuck that little boy”

the rabbi says

“fuck him out of what?”

Annnnnd scene. So, catholics are out to bang children, and jewish people are just trying to screw everyone over. That’s the takeaway,,right? These things have been around forever, and there is nothing cool about the point, not at all, but I do like how small they are, that’s why they get remembered (for me)…how weird though, humor can be a thought vehicle and you can transport opinions through them. That’s weird.
