I miss prank phone calls.
I don’t think the next generation will know that particular art form .
We once called the office of the state congressman,and I started complaining to a secretary about the price of cat food.
Then I started asking her if I could borrow twenty dollars.
This lady would not hang up the phone.
We just passed the phone around and bombarded her with nonsense. Not mean, not gross, just nonsense.
There’s a purity to a good prank phone call. Can’t explain it.
When I was little, I daydreamed about prank calling everyone at the same time. That’s probably how people get involved in politics, seems logical
Oh yeah, one time we found an escort service on Craigslist,and the game was, try to schedule a rendezvous, but make the scenario shadier and shadier, to the point of making the madame hang up. That one was fun 🤣
