Brayum has a mind that’s ruled by fear, he’s the only Columbian I’ve ever met with that flaw. Most of them are so “die hard”.. he’s a good guy though,,,put into a fucked situation.
It’s a bummer, because it’s not his fault. He got thrown to the wolves because the ambitious young business boss said “yes” to every possible payday.. no training , no guidance,,, just a scared dude, in way over his head.
I’ve been tasked with firing Brayum this week, it’s uh,,, it’s unfair. He’s just a body that got chewed up by the business machine.
The company fucked the guy over , not me.
I suppose I’m being asked for ethical flexibility, it’s pretty gross. Pretty gross the way some people operate. We’re not stacking boxes out here, skilled labor has the word ‘skilled’ for a reason…. but if no-one is around to teach???
