For days.
I found out about it from 10% happier,(enjoyed), and the point is clearing your head.
Or meditation.

You pay, you eat, you sit, you shut the fuck up.
You go for walks, you stare at statues, you shut the fuck up.
What do you think that says about modern life?
That people are willing to pay…
