Try to put so much push into your voice ,that it rattles the glass.If you’re in a mood,throw your voice up an octave and see if you can hit the high C.
But then you start laughing, and it totally voids the experience of being pissed off.
Being pissed off doesn’t seem to teach you anything, your brain gets real active and looks around for targets but it’s just you man.
