An Arabic dude bought me a coffee because I held the door for him, he seemed like he didn’t speak much English but there was something off.
A foreign culture to me.
When we’re in line and he turns around and says “I buy his too”, this culture thing, and it’s no bullshit, I’ve seen it before in Durham, it’s cool to be kind.
Cool to be kind, in this odd way, like, you can see them operate under the love of their God, like, it gives pleasure to commit acts of kindness to strangers,,

Southern Hospitality is an antiquated stereotype , these people aren’t really nice, they’re into themselves, just like everywhere else.
So A random , olive skinned foreigner buying my coffee,,made my spider sense go off .

Whyyyyy be nice to a stranger?
Then you ask yourself, why are you paranoid if a stranger is nice to you?
Then you return to the thought of people being good or bad,
Then you curse yourself for wasting so much time ,thinking about shit that doesn’t matter, and now your coffee is getting cold. People man, I could watch them forever, such interesting things. Sometimes really good, sometimes bad, all are both,weird.
