If things didn’t happen exactly that way, you wouldn’t be where you are.
All those things you feel grateful for, all the happiness and connections with other humans..
If you didn’t go through that ditch… You wouldn’t have it.
You wouldn’t know the perils.
The traps and pitfalls..
People will hate.
That’s what they do.
And they’ll work to marginalize you…
Because that’s what they do..
But hear me.
You made it through the past.
All of it.
Made it through.
And people deserve to be happy.
