Nerd shade aside, Star Trek -TNG did make it through the filter of the Satanic Panic.
Science fiction was too far fetched to be considered witchcraft, so it wasn’t considered Devil stuff.. Snuck in, right under the gates
It also offered an image of a species united, flying through space and exploring the unknowns.
Imagination candy.
Good for kids, (just my opinion).
It showed people getting along, far in the future.
A positive thing 👍
Will always have a soft spot for the concepts and writing.

Not doing good by marching or making speeches, not going to war against anyone.
Just using imagination.
An impact through fantasy 😇

Whether or not a person gives a flying fuck about their teammate.
