I only get the vivid dreams when I take a break from pot, typically. After 15 days or so.

Always thought it was odd, the least harmful of intoxicants hangs around the longest. 30 days is a long time. A fair critique.

But dreams. Man I get some intense dreams.

I’ve only ever had one Lucid dream, a dream in which you realise you’re dreaming, and are able to take full control of it. My dead aunt, before she was dead, the spiritual fanatic.

I walked into her house naked, holding a fried chicken leg. I was naked because I realised it was a dream, and I could do whatever I wanted, so that’s what I felt like at the moment.

Tammy was all about the rules, the game behind the game, the battle for your soul, every, single, thing.. Everything she did or said came back around to “are you serving God?”.

That special judgement that only a Christian can deal out.

But this was my dream, and I had had enough. So I waved the chicken leg at her like it was a magic wand, and she disapeared. Just gone, floating into the ether. I went into the front yard and just walked around naked in the sun, holding my fried chicken leg magic wand.

And that was my only Lucid dream.

I’ve never been able to get my hands on any Ambien, but I’ve heard it can bring those crazy crazy dreams. A while back I saw my dead cat in a dream, I think that was my last intense one.

(you forgot that other one, that fucked you up for a few days)

ah yes,, intrusive ones. No rules to what shows up during sleep. Maybe friend/maybe foe.

Forgot about that.

I wish there was a button you could press before you go to sleep every night.

YES/ I want a dream

NO/ I don’t want a dream.

But the subconcious is not consentual, it will do what it does because you are merely a vehicle for what’s underneath.

in all of us.

So hold your chicken leg tight.

I do not believe that this diary entry has a point. Just thinking about dreaming.
