To understand, yourself first.

Then you can understand others, and eventually systems.

You comprehend people’s anger.

I don’t think anyone is born that way, so you take the time to look .

And there’s always a story.

Usually about Dad.

Things get passed on that have nothing to do with blood.

And we are little balls of clay.

It can take a long time to figure anything out, so you think..and that’s my favorite shit .

And you can tell when people neglected the act .

There’s flow, but that’s just in the moment.

Respect the reflect.

Try not to dump it on people.

And try not to spend all your time there, because the years will drift by, and you’ll be old.
